Welcome to WaiveNow. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By creating an account or using WaiveNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All new accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your account will be deactivated.
Subscription fees are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Electronic signatures collected through WaiveNow are legally binding in Canada under PIPEDA and the Ontario Electronic Commerce Act, and in the United States under the ESIGN Act.
You retain full ownership of all documents, signatures, and customer data you collect through WaiveNow. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You agree not to use WaiveNow for illegal activities, fraud, or to collect signatures or payments for illegal purposes.
WaiveNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
